SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 medium onion
• 1 15 oz. can cream style corn
• 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
• Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, Excalibur ultimate seasoning to taste

Instructions:

Brown sausage and drain. Slice potatoes thin. Leave skin on. Slice onion thin. In a bowl, mix sausage, potatoes, onion, corn, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 mins at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 mins.
