Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family!

We will contact you to schedule an appointment date and to discuss your cut instructions. Your beef will dry age for 14 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

The cost is based off of the hanging weight of the animal. The cost is $5/lb on the hanging weight. That covers the base processing and the cost of the animal. The only additional charges is a $75 per whole, kill fee and $1/lb for patties and tenderizing. Typically, a half of a beef weighs around 350-400 lbs.
