Fill your freezer with premium cuts, hearty roasts, ground pork, and bacon for your friends and family! You will be notified when your animal will be delivered for processing. At that time, we will discuss your cut instructions. Then we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are typically ready for pickup a week after the animal is delivered for processing.

The price for the hog and base processing is $3.10/lb on the hanging weight. The hanging weight for our hogs range from 160-220 pounds per half. There are additional charges for curing ($1.10/lb), seasoning ($0.50/lb), patties and tenderizing ($1/lb), brats ($2/lb). On average, most customers walk out the door with a half of a hog for $600-800, after their additional charges.
